Return & Exchange

Products will not be accepted for a credit/exchange unless the following conditions are satisfied:a) A return authorization number (RAN) is requested before sending back an item. b.) The item is returned within 21 days of receipt. c.) The manufacturers’ original packaging and goods free of markings and in a re-saleable condition. Goods returned incomplete or without original packaging will be returned back to the sender.

We recommend that the stock item is returned in packaging that minimises damage during transit. The cost of the return is the responsibility of the buyer. Eyecessories will not accept responsibility for returned items lost or damaged in transit. We suggest a method of return with a track and trace option. 

 

Warranty

All items on Eyecessories are warranted to be free of manufacturing defects for a period of one year. Claims for product defects, damages in transit or product shortfalls must be reported within 7 days of receipt of the goods. Please note that a replacements on account of warranty claims shall only be given on the damaged component.
