What is your returns & exchange policy?

At Eyecessories your satisfaction is our top priority. In the unlikely event that a purchase needs to be  returned or exchanged, we have provided the following information to make your experience as hassle-free as possible.

  1. Before returning any item please email us by using the Returns Form (Support/Returns & Exchanges) requesting an authorisation number and giving a reason for your request.
  2. Your request will be attended to within 24 hours and the authorisation number emailed to you.
  3. Once you have received this,  return the product to the address below with a copy of your transaction and the authorisation number.
  4. Items being returned for exchange or credit must be in original packing and in re-sellable condition.
  5. Items with a value under $20 can not be exchanged.

Please Note:

  • No product will be accepted for credit or replacement without an Authorisation number.
  • No product will be accepted for exchange or credit more than 30 days after you receive the order.
  • Any warranty claims also need an authorisation number and must be made within the 12 month period from time of purchase.
  • Warranty only covers faulty workmanship; it does not cover mistreatment or negligence by the user.
  • Shipping and handling charges are not eligible to be refunded.
  • Eyecessories is not responsible for products we do not receive or products damaged in shipping. Please ensure that they are properly packed and you can track their receipt by our Returns Department.
